Terms of Service

NewHaul is operated by SovereignStack LLC, Sparks, Nevada ("we"). By subscribing you agree to these terms.

The service

NewHaul delivers daily email alerts and CSV files listing newly registered US motor carriers, compiled from public records published by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). We clean and format that data. We do not create it, and we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or current.

Billing and trials

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe after any free trial. If you cancel during the trial you will not be charged. You can cancel at any time from the billing link in any alert email. Access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.

Acceptable use

You may use the data for your own business outreach and research. You may not resell, republish or redistribute the files, or share your subscription outside your plan's recipient limit. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to how you contact carriers, including CAN-SPAM, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the National Do Not Call Registry, state telemarketing laws and any opt-out requests you receive.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
