We collect your name, email, billing details (processed and stored by Stripe, not by us), plan choices such as states and extra recipients, and basic email delivery data such as opens and bounces from our email provider.
How we use it
We use it to deliver alerts, bill you, support your account and improve the service. We do not sell subscriber information.
Carrier records
The carrier records in our alerts come from public FMCSA registration filings. A carrier that wants its listing removed from future NewHaul files can email support@getnewhaul.com with its USDOT number, and we will suppress it.
Service providers
Stripe handles payments, Resend handles email delivery and Netlify hosts the site. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
